Il Pizzaiolo reveres the time-honored craft of the Neapolitan pizza maker. They honed their skills in Naples. The wood-fired oven was built from hand-made Santa Maria bricks and volcanic sand from Mt. Vesuvius. Their housemade dough comes from a 3,000 year-old recipe… These are just a few reasons we were honored to be asked by Chef Ron Molinaro to rebrand one of Pittsburgh's original culinary treasures.
